Jennifer Rice, Principal and Founder
Jennifer founded Mantra Brand Consulting in 2002 to provide customer-driven brand strategy services to B2B companies. She brings 15 years experience in marketing communications, customer research and strategy development, and has worked with clients such as Verizon, Microsoft and Don Pablo’s Restaurants. Jennifer is a well-known branding expert and has been quoted in publications such as Fast Company and Investor’s Business Daily. She’s passionate about bringing the voice of the customer into organizations, and is currently focused on how the grassroots economy and social technologies are impacting brands.
Mantra founder Jennifer Rice serves as team lead for all projects. Each project team consists of highly qualified independent consultants who best match the client project. Core team members include:
Kyle Priest, Strategy Consulting
Kyle offers extensive experience in product marketing, distribution, pricing and advertising to Mantra clients. Kyle formerly served as VP of Channel Development & Marketing for Aastra Technologies, a $700 million global networks company. He also served as Brand Manager at Radio Shack. Kyle’s early career was spent in the agency world working with clients such as Mercedes-Benz, MCI, American Airlines and Pepsi-Cola.
Bob Callahan, Research Analyst
Before teaming with Mantra, Bob served as a marketing research analyst for Decision Analyst, a full service marketing research company for Fortune 1000 companies. Bob’s expertise includes primary marketing research, new product development and competitive intelligence. His client list includes American Airlines and Verizon Logistics. Bob received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Masters of Science in Marketing Research from the University of Texas at Arlington.
