Shipping & Returns

Standard shipping is free on all domestic (US) orders over $55 USD. We also offer free shipping on most international orders with minimum order amount of 200 USD. Delivery times are shown on the checkout page and are in addition to the 1-2 day processing time. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number when your order is shipped.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at support@mantraband.com to arrange a return. We will send you a return form, as well as a return shipping address.

HOLIDAY RETURNS
Orders placed in November and December can be returned or exchanged through January 15, 2026.

Items that arrive damaged must be reported within 5 days of arrival. Please provide a photo of the damaged item so we can confirm, and we'll be happy to send you a replacement.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns for discontinued items, or customized items. These items are final sale.

Please kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will not receive a refund or store credit.

Please allow up to one week for us to process your return after it arrives.
